- 11:00-11:30 – Greeting and Presentation by Doug Densmore and George Johnson
- 11:30-12:15 – Late Morning Session: What is the role of Open Source in Synthetic Biology Software
- 12:15-1:15 – Lunch
- 1:15-3:15 – Technical Briefings – what software tools are being developed/used now in academia and industry
- 3:15-3:45 – Coffee Break
- 3:45-5:00 – Discussion – Roadmapping Nona

PRELIMINARY AGENDA
Day 1
- 4:30-5:15 – Registration: Coffee / snacks, informal area set up to meet/greet each other
- 5:30-6:15 – Introduction/Daily Kickoff: Greeting and Presentation by George Johnson
- 6:15-7:00 –Ideation phase: Teams form and ideas are formed
- 7:00-8:00 – Dinner
- 8:00-9:00 – Closing Remarks/Technical Briefings – what software tools are being developed/used now in academia and industry
Day 2
- 8:00-9:00 – Daily Kickoff: organizers lay out the agenda for the day. Teams explain their project ideas and share their plans
- 10:00 – 11:00 – Workshop
- 12:00-1:00 – Lunch break
- 2:00 – 3:00 – Workshop
- 5:00 – 6:00 – Closing: At the end of the day teams share their progress and plan for the final day
- 6:00 – Dinner Break and reconvene in the morning
Day 3
- 8:00-9:00 – Daily Kickoff: organizers lay out the agenda for the day. Teams explain their project ideas and share their plans
